I'm a Goal Achievement Expert and Leadership Coach, and I built everything you see here from scratch.

My background is in social work, psychology, and human behavior. For over two decades, I worked at the intersection of where people are and where they want to be; studying the patterns, the resistance, the loops, and most importantly, the breaking point where real change becomes possible.

I've sat with people in their hardest moments. I've watched what actually moves someone from stuck to in motion. And I've done my own version of this work, walking away from safety, betting on myself, building something real when everything in me wanted to wait until I was ready.
